I worked with Christian and his team on building the dashboard of their flagship product called GillieAI, its a AI powered healthcare service platform.
The architecture used in here is mostly microservices. Calling it microservices is more understandable as its a tiny services that are fine-grained and the protocols are lightweight and can be runned in different server instances.
We use NodeJS, Angular and AWS(Microservices). The dashboard priority matters here as it needs to show to the users which the highest priority patients to focus on and have a preview of their health status.
